There's a New Photographer in Town

who is certainly not nearly as skilled as the old one, and considerably less fanatical (just kidding). However, I do have the desire to take pictures (however regrettable that desire may be), and I propose to burden our longsuffering public with some of my efforts. Enjoy!
We've had lovely rainy weather a few days lately, and the sky is a most comforting and attractive shade of grey, absolutely perfect for pictures. So I clap boots on some of my young brothers and sisters, drag them to all sorts of places (bless their cooperative little souls) and snap away. They like being models.

 Run, boy, run!
I love this one.
There's also a nice big field across the street, and if one gets the right angle, it looks like the prairie. Amber waves of grain and all that sort of thing. I've never thought it was very pretty, but it does have a certain beauty under the cold grey September sky (ah, look at me. I'm waxing poetical).

Friends forever

This morning, Abigail roused me at a most unpleasant hour and asked if we were going to take pictures again. It hadn't occured to me, but it was a good idea, especially since it rained last night and the sky was once again the cloudy, bleak grey that heralds Autumn. So I took the five youngest to a little park and we took pictures for several hours. We had a blast.

Bess wanted to come too. She tied that scarf all by herself.
Friends forever and ever.

Everyone is looking except Aidan. Even Bess is looking!

Aww, how sweeeet!

I love this one. They're so cute!

These two girls are so photogenic!

Peekaboo!
I see you!

I said, "Run run run!"

And then I said, "Run back run back run back!"

A boy and his dog

Another boy and his dog

That's the end of that.

I have the best and cutest little brothers and sisters in the world. I am such a blessed girl. God is so good to me!!

  10. I would say say that Anonymos is Allen.Number one reason is because Allens post is right after Anonymos' post: And because Allen is complimenting Anonymos
